This is what I came up with, I think I may design another one since you can have 2 entries <:

Khrill Wyrms are blind, though the fine hairs on their heads serve as "feelers," stimulated by sudden movements. The Khrill wyrms jaws are always opened, they only close when feeding. The Khrill also have a very high pitched shriek. It's known to make ears bleed. Khrill wyrms are typically slow, though in c lose range combat their heads have the speed of a cobra. This particular one is still in the stage of mutation from the Mist as you can see another mouth is forming at its belly.
